Getting Started
- 1Download EchoInk for your platform (macOS, Windows, or Linux)
- 2Install and launch the application
- 3Create your free account or sign in
- 4Set your preferred global shortcut in Settings (default: Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + Space)
- 5Press the shortcut in any application to start dictating
Features
Voice Transcription
EchoInk uses advanced AI models to transcribe your speech in real-time. It supports 40+ languages including Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, and many more. Simply press your shortcut and speak naturally.
AI Text Polishing
After transcription, EchoInk automatically refines your text — fixing grammar, improving tone, and formatting for clarity. You can customize the polishing style in Settings to match your writing preferences.
Translation
Speak in one language and get output in another. Configure your target translation language in Settings, then use the dedicated translation shortcut to transcribe and translate in one step.
AI Q&A
Ask questions by voice and receive AI-generated answers. Use the dedicated Q&A shortcut to activate this mode. Great for quick lookups and brainstorming.
Personal Dictionary
Add custom terms, names, and jargon to your personal dictionary. EchoInk also learns from your corrections automatically, improving accuracy over time for your specific vocabulary.
