How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen in the EchoInk app, or visit the password reset page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open EchoInk, go to Settings > Subscription, and click 'Manage Subscription'. This will open the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel.
The app isn't transcribing correctly
Ensure you have a stable internet connection and your microphone is properly configured. Check Settings > Microphone to verify the correct input device is selected.
How do I get a refund?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@echoink.io with your account email and we'll process it promptly.
